Adult Jiu Jitsu
Learn to maneuver yourself on the ground. We will cover positions, reversals and escapes. You learn to go through movements and feel comfortable on the ground. Also learn to move in positions that allow you to gain control of your opponent. We also cover submissions. Learn to be a champion.

Adult Kickboxing / Boxing / MMA
The main focus is striking. Develop stronger punches and kicks with bag work and pad training. We train to increase stamina, allowing you to fight for a long time. Learn to evade your opponent so you don’t get hit, as well as going on the attack. The best workout ever.

Kids Jiu Jitsu / Karate (ages 8 – 15)
Self-defense standing up and on the ground. The ultimate warrior program. We cover the basics of punching and kicking and all other strikes. Learn how to defend yourself with proper movements. All done with fun games and activities. Keeps them in shape, gives them inner confidence and the best training you can get.
